Pirouette Dark demerara sugar is a golden brown sugar with large homogeneous sparkling crystals, a crunchy texture and a rich aroma owing to the presence of cane molasses enrobing each crystal. It has a distinctive flavour and is ideal for sweetening coffee and as a crunchy topping for cakes as well as fruits. The product is made from cane juice by a natural process i.e. without chemicals or additives.
